Sambhal: Today, the Allahabad High Court has given a big decision on the Shahi Jama Masjid vs. Harihar Mandir dispute. In its decision today, the Allahabad High Court has rejected the petition filed by the Masjid Committee. While reactions have come from both the temple and mosque sides on the court's decision. At the same time, after this decision of the High Court, Sambhal has once again come into the headlines.

According to Dynamite News correspondent, lawyer Shri Gopal Sharma, on behalf of the Hindu side, has welcomed the court's decision. He said that this decision has been taken as per the rules and the Hon'ble High Court has taken the right decision.

Survey order justified

The survey ordered by the Civil Judge (Senior Division) of Sambhal was completely legal and justified. He said that with this decision it has become clear that the survey order was justified, and now the seriousness and background of the case can be seen more clearly.

Will fight the case strongly

When lawyer Shri Gopal Sharma was asked what his strategy would be if the Muslim side went to the Supreme Court against this order? To this, he replied that he will fight the case strongly in the Supreme Court as well. He alleged that the Muslim side deliberately wants to delay the case because, till now, they have not filed any reply in the court.

Will go to the Supreme Court under legal process.

On the other hand, lawyer Shakeel Ahmed Warsi, on behalf of the Muslim side, has described the High Court's order as a part of a judicial process. He said that the court must have taken this decision keeping in mind all the facts. When he was asked whether he would appeal against this decision in the Supreme Court? To this, he said that this decision will depend on the Shahi Jama Masjid Committee. If the committee decides to go to the Supreme Court, then they will appeal there as well under the legal process.

New twist in the case

The High Court's decision has brought a new twist to the case, but this matter is not completely over yet. All eyes are now on whether the next step will move towards the Supreme Court or not.
