New Delhi: In a significant move to strengthen the judiciary, the Supreme Court Collegium, in its meeting held on July 2, 2025, approved the appointment of several new judges to various High Courts across India. The recommendations include judicial officers and advocates, marking a crucial step in addressing vacancies and ensuring efficient judicial functioning, reports Dynamite News correspondent.

Key Appointments

Andhra Pradesh High Court

The Collegium cleared the appointment of Tuhin Kumar Gedela, an advocate, and Sangeeta Sharma, a judicial officer, as judges of the Andhra Pradesh High Court.

Delhi High Court

Three judicial officers have been approved for elevation in Delhi High Court:
