It is reported that the strong tremors that struck Friday night further damaged the already dilapidated mansion, completely razing a portion of it.

All the fishermen arrived at Chennai airport on Saturday evening, where officials confirmed their return. According to officials, the entire rescue operation was carried out through a special route, in which the Indian fishermen were airlifted from Iran to India via Armenia. Following this increase, the price of petrol at private outlets has reached approximately ₹119 per liter and diesel approximately ₹123 per liter.
