Hapur: A sensational case of bullying by goons has come to light in Shamshad Road area of ​​Kotwali Pilkhuwa area.

The victim couple had reached there to clean their empty plot. Then some local goons arrived at the spot and started trying to forcibly occupy the plot. When the woman and her husband protested, the goons started abusing and beating them. During this, the goons threw the woman on the ground and beat her fiercely.

During the incident, the woman's phone was also snatched and broken. Hearing the screams of the victim, the people around reached the spot but by then the accused had fled from there after committing the crime.

Complaint To Police
On receiving the information about the incident, the victim couple reached Kotwali Pilkhuwa and gave a complaint to the police.

On the basis of the complaint given by the victim, the police have registered a case against two named accused. The police have registered a case under the relevant sections of the IPC and started investigating the matter.

Panic In Area
The police say that on the basis of the video footage of the incident, the accused will be identified and arrested. Also, the role of other suspects in the case is also being investigated. There is an atmosphere of terror in the area due to this behavior of the bullies and the local people have demanded strict action from the police.

Appeal For Justice
At present, the police has assured security to the victim's family and said that the culprits will not be spared under any circumstances. The victim's family has appealed to the administration for justice and demanded strict action against the bullies.

A similar incident has come to light from Hapur where a minor altercation between two parties took the form of a bloody conflict. Three people were seriously injured in this fight, while the police arrested four accused and sent them to jail.
