Weather: Massive rain predicted in Uttarakhand; Red and Orange alert issued

Dehradun: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted heavy to moderate rain with thunderstorms in Dehradun, Tehri, Pauri, Nainital, Champawat and Udham Singh Nagar districts on Sunday.
