During the discussion, leaders reviewed the functioning of the Mandal unit and assessed how effectively workers were engaging with local communities.
The focus remained on strengthening organisational activities, increasing worker participation and ensuring that public concerns from the region reach the appropriate platforms.
For a geographically challenging district like Kishtwar, where several areas remain difficult to access, maintaining regular contact with people is considered an important aspect of political and social outreach.

Koul encouraged workers to continue public outreach programmes and maintain regular communication with citizens. He also underlined the importance of ensuring that information about government schemes and development initiatives reaches people, while local issues and expectations are properly communicated through the organisational structure.
The meeting placed special attention on strengthening outreach in rural and remote parts of Kishtwar. Party leaders discussed ways to improve coordination among workers and make public engagement activities more effective.
The emphasis was on building a more responsive organisational system where workers remain connected with communities and understand the changing needs of people. The discussions also highlighted the importance of dedication, discipline and a service-oriented approach among party workers.
Kishtwar Prabhari Gajay Singh stressed that regular interaction between senior leaders and Mandal-level workers helps improve coordination and strengthens the organisation. He highlighted the need for collective efforts to expand public programmes and encourage greater participation among workers.
District BJP President Ravi Kumar Parihar appreciated the contribution of party workers and said that their commitment plays a key role in strengthening the organisation across Kishtwar. He assured continued support for Mandal-level activities and initiatives aimed at increasing grassroots participation.
Kishtwar MLA Shagun Parihar emphasised that staying connected with people is essential for understanding their problems and expectations. She urged workers to remain accessible and continue engaging with citizens to identify local issues and support development efforts in the region. She highlighted that regular interaction with people helps representatives understand ground realities and work more effectively.
The meeting comes at a time when political organisations in Jammu and Kashmir are focusing on strengthening their grassroots networks and increasing public engagement.
Beyond organisational discussions, such meetings provide political parties with an opportunity to understand local sentiments, assess worker activities and prepare their teams for future challenges.
The Kishtwar interaction showcased the importance of ground-level workers in shaping political outreach and maintaining a direct connection with communities across the region.
