Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi said in the Lok Sabha, "For the Speaker, the House should have equal members from the ruling party and the opposition. Om Birla has a very good personal relationship with everyone, but we regret that we are bringing a motion against him. This is our responsibility towards democracy."
