Greater Noida: Seema Haider has appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to allow her to stay in India. In a video viral on social media, Seema made an emotional appeal and said, "I was the daughter of Pakistan, but now I am the daughter-in-law of India. Let me stay here."
According to the Dynamite News correspondent, Seema Haider claims that she has converted to Hinduism by marrying Sachin Meena, a resident of Greater Noida, and has also recently given birth to a baby girl. Seema is currently living with her family in Rabupura and is following all the legal procedures.
Seema is no longer a Pakistani citizen
Seema Haider's lawyer AP Singh also issued a statement in her favour, saying that Seema has married in India and now her citizenship is linked to her Indian husband. He told that Seema had accepted Sanatan Dharma in Nepal and married Sachin Meena. The lawyer also said that Seema has followed all the rules imposed by the court and her petition is pending with the President. He stressed, "All the documents of Seema are with the Home Ministry and the concerned agencies. She is fully respecting the law and will follow all the orders in future as well."
Painful death of 28 people
In fact, the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir has shaken the whole country. Terrorists wearing army uniforms fired indiscriminately at tourists in the Baisaran Valley. In which 28 people died a painful death. Most of the people killed in the attack include tourists, along with two foreigners and two local citizens also became victims of this attack. What steps did the government take?
Considering the seriousness of the attack, the Indian government took a quick decision and ended the SAARC visa exemption facility being given to Pakistani citizens with immediate effect. Pakistani citizens who are already present in India under this facility have been ordered to leave the country within a week.
