5. Collateral-free business loans up to ₹25 lakh
6. Incentives for companies to hire 75% local youth
7. Youth involvement in government roles with ₹18,000 monthly honorarium

Vijay has proposed a “drug-free Tamil Nadu” mission, with stricter laws and grassroots awareness. Anti-drug clubs in educational institutions will play a central role in prevention and awareness campaigns.

Education Guarantee Scheme

Under TVK’s proposed “Education Guarantee Scheme,” students will be eligible for loans up to ₹20 lakh without collateral. The goal is to ensure that financial constraints do not force students to drop out of education.

Tackling Unemployment

To address joblessness, TVK plans to introduce a law mandating a transparent recruitment system with a fixed timeline. Until employment is secured, financial assistance will support young job seekers.

Boosting Jobs and Entrepreneurship
