New Delhi: Twelve Members of Parliament and four parliamentary committees have been chosen for the 2025 Sansad Ratna Awards, recognising their outstanding contribution and active participation in Parliament.

The awards, announced by the Prime Point Foundation, honour MPs and parliamentary panels for their performance during parliamentary proceedings up to the conclusion of this year’s Budget Session.

Among the MPs selected for the honour are BJP leaders Jagdambika Pal, PP Chaudhary, Nishikant Dubey and Shiv Sena MP Shrikant Eknath Shinde.

Other parliamentarians chosen for the award include Praveen Patel, Bidyut Baran Mahato, Lumbaram Chaudhary, Hemant Vishnu Savara, Smita Uday Wagh, Naresh Ganpat Mhaske, Medha Vishram Kulkarni and Narhari Amin.

The foundation stated that the selection was based on the MPs’ overall parliamentary performance, including participation in debates, questions raised and legislative contributions.
