Chennai: The Declaration of Consciousness Movement (DOCM), a California-based non-profit initiative founded by Adhipen Bose Nandhiji, will host a special media briefing at the Madras Press Club on 12 December 2025.

The event will present the Movement’s global vision, initiatives, and advocacy for a more compassionate, peaceful, and interconnected world.

DOCM highlighted India’s rising global leadership and lauded Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for his efforts in peace-driven diplomacy, climate action, digital empowerment, and inclusive development.

In line with its vision, the Movement has proposed World Consciousness Day as a global observance alongside World Yoga Day and Maha Shivratri, celebrating India’s yogic heritage and consciousness-oriented leadership.
