Ahmedabad: The match played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, the Rajasthan Royals defeated the Gujarat Titans by 6 runs. The match was a complete rollercoaster ride, with the outcome remaining undecided until the very last over.

Sai Sudharsan’s Magnificent Innings

Chasing a massive target of 211 runs, Gujarat got off to a fantastic start. Sai Sudharsan took charge of the team's innings and delivered a superb batting performance. He hit 73 runs off 44 balls with hitting fours and sixes consistently and also kept the required run rate under control.

He provided the team with a strong foundation during the Powerplay. Kumar Kushagra also played a good supporting role, building a solid partnership with him.

The Turning Point: Bishnoi’s Magic

Just when it seemed that Gujarat would cruise to an easy victory, Ravi Bishnoi turned the tide of the match. He took 4 wickets for just 31 runs. Not only thi, he helped his team by takings two key wickets in a single over. With this match he reached the milestone of 200 wickets in T20 cricket.

He dismissed crucial batsmen such as Glenn Phillips, Washington Sundar, and Rahul Tewatia. This completely dismantled Gujarat's middle order.

The Drama of the Final Overs

Gujarat's lower order refused to give up. Batting aggressively, Rashid Khan and Kagiso Rabada took the match right down to the final over. At one point, it appeared that Gujarat might actually win the match, but run-outs and mounting pressure ultimately held the team back.

Deshpande Emerges as the Hero

In the final over, Captain Riyan Parag handed the ball to Tushar Deshpande. Deshpande delivered an absolutely brilliant bowling performance:
