Centre approved ‘Z' category security cover to Nara Lokesh Naidu

New Delhi: Telugu Desam Party (TDP) National General Secretary Nara Lokesh has been granted to 'Z' category security by the Union Home Ministry, with security provisioned by CRPF (VIP Wing) forces.

This decision was made based on security failures encountered during Lokesh's youth marches, warnings from Maoists, and information from intelligence agencies.

Lokesh demanded adequate security measures for himself. It is known that his security personnel had written letters to the Central and State Governments, the Governor, and the Home Ministry multiple times.
