Justin Bieber and his fiancee Hailey Baldwin recently visited the courthouse where marriage licenses are issued.

Washington D.C: Canadian singer Justin Bieber and his fiancee Hailey Baldwin were recently visited the courthouse where marriage licenses are issued.

According to the several eyewitnesses, Justin got emotional while getting the marriage registered. In fact, he told Hailey that he cannot wait to marry her. 

However, Justin and Hailey hasn't confimed the news of getting hitched. 

Earlier, the couple got on engagement 10 July and made an announcement on social media .
