Badaun: The Uttar Pradesh Police, on Thursday, arrested the second accused, Javed, in the double murder case of Budaun.
Javed was on the run since the murder of two children on Tuesday evening.

Hours after the murder, another accused Sajid (22) was gunned down in a police encounter.
