Bihar: Five-year-old girl raped in Nalanda

The family members said that the girl was playing in the street when the accused came and took her to a cowshed and raped the girl. Read further on Dynamite News:

Nalanda: A five-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a 26-year-old man in Bihar's Nalanda district, police said on Thursday. 

According to Dynamite News correspondent, the alleged incident happened in a village of Rajgir police station area.

The family members said that the girl was playing in the street when the man came and took her to a cowshed and raped the girl. The girl came and shared her ordeal with her mother. 

According to reports, the villagers tried suppress the matter.

When the police got information about the incident, they became active. Then the victim was brought to the police station along with her mother and a case was registered.

Subsequntly, police arrested the accused on Thursday. The accused has been identified as Rohit Kumar alias Lallu. 

A case under relevent section of laws were registered against the accused.
