Patna: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Tuesday tendered his resignation to the Governor Phagu Chauhan. At the same time, he also staked claim to form the new government.

Reacting to this new turn, Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) Chief Chirag Paswan has demanded imposition of President's rule in Bihar.
