California: At least five people are feared dead and several others injured after a gunman opened fire near a Northern California elementary school.

The incident took place near Rancho Tehama Elementary school when some parents were dropping off their children.

Among the dead are the gunman, who was killed by the police after he wounded children at the school. (ANI)
