Gariaband: As many as three Naxals were killed in the exchange of fire with security forces in Chhattisgarh's Gariaband district on Friday, police said.
As per the Gariaband Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Jitendra Chandrakar, the encounter is still underway.
