New Delhi: In a significant development, the Chief Justice of India (CJI) Sanjiv Khanna has constituted a three-member committee to investigate allegations against Delhi High Court Judge Yashwant Varma. According to Dynamite News correspondent, the three-member committee included Justice Sheel Nagu, Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court; Justice G.S. Sandhawalia, Chief Justice of Himachal Pradesh High Court; and Justice Anu Sivaraman, a judge from Karnataka High Court. Earlier, the Apex Court proposed to transfer Justice Yashwant Varma to the Allahabad High Court.
