Agra: With the surge in Covid cases in China and other countries, Taj Mahal has been put on alert, said Anil Satsangi, District Health Information Officer.
As a result all tourists, including domestic and foreign ones, coming to visit the Taj Mahal, will have to undergo a Covid test before they are allowed to enter the Taj premises.
Satsangi said, "The health department has already started the tests to prevent the spread of infection. As the alert is on, the tests have now been made mandatory for all the visitors." (Agencies)
