Delivery boy dies after being hit by car in South Delhi

New Delhi: A food delivery partner was killed after being hit by a car in south Delhi, police said on Monday. 

According to Dynamite News correspondent, the delivery agent's motorcycle was hit by the vehicle near Dilip Singh Marg in Hauz Khas area on the intervening night of Sunday and Monday.

He was taken to hospital, where doctors declared him dead, the official said.The deceased has been identified as Chandrahas Yadav, who originally hailed from Uttar Pradesh's Azamgarh, was currently residing in Chirag Delhi. 

A police officer said that an FIR has been registered at Hauz Khas police station and investigation was launched into the incident.
