Cristiano Ronaldo missed a penalty and had a goal ruled out for offside as group F game of Euro cup between Portugal and Austria ended in a goalless draw. 

Portugal dominated the game and had plenty of chances but could not score a goal. 

Austria had their clear chance to score a goal when Marcel Sabitzer's perfect cross from the right ended up by a wide header by Martin Harnik.

 

Captain Ronaldo’s record appearance 
The captain Cristiano Ronaldo became Portugal’s most capped player by appearing in his 128th match for the team.

With this draw Portugal are behind Hungary who are on the top of the group F while Austria are at the bottom of the table.

Portugal will play against Hungary while Iceland would take on Austria in their final group match on Wednesday.
