New Delhi: BJP MP Naveen Jindal mourned the passing away of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Friday.
Jindal termed the demise of the former PM as a "sad day" for all of us and stated that everyone can take a lot of inspiration from his life.
Speaking to media, Jindal said, "Dr Manmohan Singh ji was always a silent doer, he believed in doing work without making any noise. In 1991, when he was the Finance Minister, he played a key role in strengthening the country, he ended the Licence, Quota, and Permit Raj…he used to take everyone along…we can take a lot of inspiration from his life…it is a sad day for all of us."
Earlier, Naveen Jindal shared one of his pictures with Dr Manmohan Singh and wrote on X:
