Gujarat Shocker: College student raped by 7 for 16 months after blackmailing her with video

According to FIR, the accused, who shot her nude video, befriended her on social media after she took admission in a college in Palanpur city in 2023. Read further on Dynamite News:

Ahmedabad: A 20-year-old college student in Gujarat's Banaskantha was allegedly raped multiple times by seven persons for nearly 16 months after one of the accused persons shot her nude video and threatned to share it on internet, officials said on Wednesday. 

According to FIR, the accused, who shot her nude video, befriended her on social media after she took admission in a college in Palanpur city in 2023.
    
In November 2023, he persuaded her to have breakfast at a hotel. When she joined her at a hotel for breakfast, he deliberately spilled food on her, forcing her to go to a room on the pretext of cleaning it. When she removed her clothes in the bathroom, the accused entered the bathroom and shot her video, according to the FIR. 

When she objceted to it, the accused, identified as Vishal Chaudhary, threatned her, saying he would post it on social media. 

Using the video, he coerced the student to have physical relations with him and other accused persons at different places on different occasions between November 2023 and February 2025.  

Case Lodged
A case under relevent sections of the BNS and the IT Act has been lodged against the accuses persons. No arrest have been made yet.
