New Delhi: Hanish Chhabra has been appointed Deputy Secretary in the Department of Economic Affairs on Friday. He is a 2006 batch IAS officer of Tamil Nadu cadre.

Hanish is presently serving as Personal Secretary to Deputy Speaker, Lok Sabha.
