Justice Dipak Misra to be the next Chief Justice of India

New Delhi: Justice Dipak Misra  has been appointed as the 45th Chief Justice of India. Last month Chief Justice of India Justice JS Khehar had nominated him as the next Chief Justice of India.

Present Chief Justice Justice Khehar will retire on August 27.
