LS Polls: Massive road show by Priyanka Gandhi in Alwar; Thousands turn up

Alwar: Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi started her road show riding an open-top vehicle in Alwar on Monday in support of the Congress candidate from this Lok Sabha seat, reports Dynamite News correspondent.
Former Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, Congress candidate Lalit Yadav and Bhanwar Jitendra Singh were also there with her. Thousands of people standing on both sides of the road greeted the Congress leaders. A large number of Congress workers were walking together raising slogans in support of the party candidate.
In view of the Lok Sabha elections in Rajasthan on 19th and 26th April, Priyanka Gandhi is touring Rajasthan extensively.
Congress has made Lalit Yadav its candidate from this seat, who is also an MLA, while Union Minister Bhupendra Yadav is contesting from this seat on behalf of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
The competition on this seat is expected to be tough.
