M Karunanidhi laid to rest near Anna mausoleum

Chennai: Late DMK President M Karunanidhi on Wednesday laid to rest at Marina near the Anna memorial here.

"Party supporters and public are requested to stay calm during the procession and pay their respects to the unparallelled leader," MK Stalin said.

Prominet political leaders were also present at the funeral.
