Milind Deora took to X to share pictures of his meeting with PM.
“My wife Pooja Shetty & I are deeply grateful for the wonderful meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji today,” he wrote on X (Formerly known as Twitter).
The Rajya Sabha MP also thanked PM Modi for his visionary leadership and dedicated service to the nation.
Milind remembers his late father
Following the meeting, he informed that PM Modi and his late father, Murli Deora, shared a cherished friendship.
Ex-Union Minister Murli Deora
Murli Deora was a veteran politician who had friends across party lines. Murli Deora also served as the Union Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas between 2006 and 2011.
Murli Deora was country’s longest serving Petroleum Minister and also held important posts in the party and governments at the Centre and in Maharashtra government during his over four-decade long illustrious career.
