NBCC issues notice to Manson Group for unauthorised use of official logo

NBCC has clarified that it has not granted any approval or authorization for the use of its official logo by Manson Group or any associated entities. Read further on Dynamite News:

New Delhi: National Buildings Construction Corporation (India) Ltd (NBCC) has issued a notice to the Manson Group against unauthorized use of  Corporation's official logo.

In a Press Release NBCC said, "NBCC (India) Ltd wishes to bring to public attention the unauthorized use of its official logo by Manson Group in newspaper advertisements. Specifically, it has been noted that Downtown Advertisement, associated with Manson Group, features the NBCC logo without prior permission from the company."

NBCC has further clarified that it has not granted any approval or authorization for the use of its official logo by Manson Group or any associated entities. The advertisement, which includes reference to the Downtown project, falsely implies an affiliation with NBCC, causing potential reputational damage.

NBCC has asked the Manson Group to submit a clarificatio in this regard.
