New Delhi: CBI arrested SHO and two Police constables in a bribery case

The Central Bureau of Investigation has arrested a SHO, posted at Police Station, Vijay Vihar, Rohini, New Delhi and two constables in a bribery case of Rs. two lakh. Dynamite News exclusive:

New Delhi: A case was registered on a complaint against SHO, Police Station Vijay Vihar, Rohini, New Delhi on the allegations of demanding a bribe of Rs. 5 lakh from complainant in lieu of allowing him construction of boundary wall on his plot.

CBI laid a trap and caught the constables while accepting part payment of the bribe amount of Rs. 2 lakh on behalf of the SHO. Searches were conducted at three residential premises of accused in Delhi which led to recovery of incriminating documents.

The arrested accused will be produced today before the Special Judge, CBI Cases, Rouse Avenue Courts, Delhi.

i) S.S. Chahal, SHO, Police Station, Vijay Vihar, Rohini, New Delhi

ii) Badri Prasad, Constable

iii) Jitendra, Constable
