Retired IAS officer Ravi Capoor appointed as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a period of one year or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Ravi Kapoor is a 1986 batch retired IAS officer of Assam- Meghalaya cadre. He worked as Secretary, Ministry of Textiles.
