Afghanistan spinner Rashid Khan ties the knot in Kabul

Kabul: Afghanistan cricketer Rashid Khan has tied the knot in a ceremony in Kabul. 

The spinner got married on Thursday at the Imperial Continental Hotel. His three brothers also got married on the same day. 

Videos and pictures gone viral

Many videos and pictures of the splendid ceremony have been doing rounds on social media. The wedding took place as per Pashtun customs. According to reports, his teammates also attended the ceremony.

The wedding was also attended by Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) officials, including CEO Naseeb Khan and former captain Mohammad Nabi.

Veteran Afghanistan cricketer Mohammad Nabi, who also attended the wedding, took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to congratule his teammate Rashid Khan. 

"Congratulations to the one and only King Khan, Rashid Khan, on your wedding! Wishing you a lifetime of love, happiness, and success ahead," Nabi captioned his post.
