Senior IIS Sitansu Kar will be next spokesperson of Govt of india

Senior Indian Information Service officer Sitansu Kar appointed as the new Director General of Press Information Bureau (PIB).

New Delhi: Senior Indian Information Service officer Sitansu Kar appointed as the new Director General of Press Information Bureau (PIB). He will take charge on 1st May, 2018 after the retirement of Frank Naronha.  

Kar currently appointed as DG (News), AIR.
