Sidheshwar Brahmrishi Gurudev Guruvanand in Delhi for the first time; Large number of devotees throng the venue

Sidheshwar Brahamarshi Gurudev Swami Guruvanand was in New Delhi on Saturday to grace the one-day Sidheshwar Mahotsav 2023. Thousands of devotees had a divine glimpse of their Guru on the occasion. Here is the exclusive report by Dynamite News:



New Delhi: The grand 'Sidheshwar Mahotsav 2023' was held on Saturday at Siri Fort Auditorium in the national capital. Thousands of devotees thronged the venue to have a glimpse of their Gurudev.

They had only one goal to see their Guru Sidheshwar Bramhrishi Swami Guruvanand, who had arrived from Tirupati. Among others a large number of well-known intellectuals, politicians, judges, industrialists, IAS, IPS, IRS, senior journalists were in attendance.

The program continued for about 5 hours. Devotees felt fortunate and privileged to have Guruvani, Gurudarshan and Maha Aashirwaad of their 83-year-old Brahmrishi Guruvanand. 

The auditorium was packed to the capacity during the pravachan (discourse) of Brahmrishi Guruvanand, and devotees kept on chanting Jai Gurudev-Jai Gurudev.

The organizers told Dynamite News that this programme was organized by the Delhi unit of Vishwa Dharma Chetna Manch. 

The programme began with Guru Vandana by Vidushi, Aayushi, Sanya and Riddhima.

Brahmrishi Guruvanand in his discourse said that devotees can help themselves and the country by adopting small things with truth and honesty. 

1. I have come to Delhi not to speak much but to see all of you, who are my brothers and devotees of God.
2. Life is like an ice cream. Utilise it fully before it melts down.
3. One should not panic under any circumstances. Do your work with peace and joy. 
4. Spirituality is to live life with full enjoyment and contentment.
5. Trust me, I reach my devotees myself. But remain stable to feel me with you. 
6. First self-control, discipline will follow.
7. Look into yourself, rather than complaining about others.
8. He who rejects others, rejects himself. 
9. India and Indians both are great. When we keep this feeling then only our country will be great.
10. Improve yourself, don't condemn others. Only he who does not criticise others, can become great. 
11. Evils should be reviewed, goodness should be promoted, leave ego and go forward towards spirituality.
12. Guru is there to remind you of your strength.
13. Sanskrit is the 'Dev Bhasha', there is no other language better than Sanskrit.

Know about Swami Guruvanand
Bramhrishi Guruvanand was born on January 12, 1941 in Delhi. He is an IIT topper and completed B.Tech degree from Kharagpur IIT. He has also done his PhD in Astrology. His main Ashram is in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. The branches of his Ashram are expanding in different parts of the country and the world. From time to time, he visits many places throughout the country and the world for discourses. Gurudev always keeps low-profile and prefers to stay away from publicity.

Brahmrishi Guruvanand has imbibed the powers of Lord Hanuman's Ashta Siddhi and Nav Nidhi through his hard penance and meditation.

When Brahmrishi Guruvanand informed the devotees that he had given up food for 12 years, they were amazed.

The team of Dynamite News talked to a number of devotees in the auditorium to know their experiences. 
Sushil Kumar Tibrewal, former Minister of Uttar Pradesh Government, who was in the program of Brahmrishi Guruvanand for the first time, said that such saintly great men take birth once in a centuries. Their basic aim is to do good to the world and work selflessly for the welfare of the people and society. Gurudev is in fact exemplary and incomparable.
