Lukcnow: Samajwadi Party Chief Akhilesh Yadav on Wednesday accused the BJP of using the police force in the Milkipur by-polls scheduled for Feb 5, reports Dynamite News correspondent. 

Talking to reporters here, the former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister said: "The BJP has deployed its police forces, but if there's a fair election, the Samajwadi Party is poised for a historic victory."
