UP: Congress workers protest in Amethi aganist Smriti Irani over her misbehaviour with Sonia Gandhi

Amethi: Thousands of people including hundreds of Mahila Congress workers took to the streets in Amethi today to protest against Union Minister Smriti Irani over her rude behaviour with Member of Parliament and Congress President Sonia Gandhi in Parliament on Thursday.
The people also accused Irani for getting the protesting Congress workers lathi charged by police. According to reports, many protestors were injured in the lathi charge.

The Congress has accused BJP MPs on Thursday of subjecting Sonia Gandhi to “brutal heckling, verbal assault and physical intimidation”, and demanded an apology from Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
