The month of August is coming up with several smartphone launches for tech enthusiasts. August is crucial for smartphone companies in terms of sales and launches, as Apple is gearing up for the launch of the iPhone 18 Pro lineup along with its first-ever foldable device in September.

Ranging from premium flagship handsets to entry-level budget-friendly devices, multiple brands are gearing up for launch in the coming weeks. As per media reports, Google is set to unveil its much-awaited Pixel 11 series, whereas Chinese tech manufacturer Vivo is bringing back its S series to India again. Poco and Redmi are also expected to expand their portfolio in the Indian market.

US-based tech giant Google is all set to introduce the Pixel 11 series globally on 12th August. The upcoming series is likely to include Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL, and Pixel 11 Pro Fold.

Chinese smartphone manufacturing brand Vivo is expected to launch the Vivo S2 in India. The company has only teased the design officially, whereas the launch date and specification is still under the hood. However, the media reports and experts suggest that the handset will be launched in August 2026.

Poco has confirmed the launch of Poco M8 Power in India. The device will be launched on 4th August. The device will come with a massive 8,000mAh battery and a 50MP primary sensor.

Chinese smartphone manufacturing giant is also expected to launch the Redmi Note 17 in India. The device will be launched in India on 6th August.
