New Delhi: Airtel users have been facing serious network problems for the last few hours. The company itself confirmed this outage on social media and said that their team is busy solving this problem. This problem is mainly related to the mobile network, while Airtel's broadband and Wi-Fi services are working normally.

Calling service completely stopped: Many users complained that the network signal is visible on their phone, but neither calls are being made nor received.

According to Down Detector, more than 3,500 complaints were registered from major cities like Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, and Surat. Of these, 68% of complaints were related to phone calls, while 16% were related to mobile internet and 15% to no signal.
