The Supreme Court will today hear a petition seeking the scrapping of Article 35 A in the state of Jammu and Kashmir, three weeks after the court was adjourned.
NC leader Mustafa Kamal said that Supreme Court should not wait any longer to hear petitions on Article 35 A that preserves the rights of local residents of Jammu and Kashmir.
