Assam Elections 2026: BJP’s first list out; Himanta Biswa Sarma set for Jalukbari battle
The BJP has announced its first list of candidates for the Assam Assembly Elections 2026, naming Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma from his stronghold Jalukbari seat. Newly inducted leader Pradyut Bordoloi has been fielded from Dispur.
