Bihar tourism minister Narayan Prasad’s son Bablu on Sunday allegedly opened fire in the air apparently to disperse children playing cricket in a farm owned by the minister, and allegedly hit and injured a man with the butt of his gun in Hardiya Koritola village in Bettiah in the state’s West Champaran district.

At least four people were killed and five others injured in a boiler blast that took place in East Champaran of Bihar on Saturday.
