The special investigating team probing the alleged rape case filed by a law student against Swami Chinmayanand on Tuesday submitted a status report in the Allahabad High Court in a sealed cover.
BJP leader and former Union minister Swami Chinmayanand has been quizzed by the SIT for around seven hours in connection with a law student’s allegation that he raped her, his counsel said on Friday.
The Bench said the SIT, which will also have SP-rank officer, to look into the grievances raised by the woman.
