A total of 29 fresh COVID-19 cases and one fatality was reported in the national capital on Sunday in a span of 24 hours.
India reported 19,740 fresh COVID-19 infections in the last 24 hours, taking the active caseload of the country to 2,36,643, which is the lowest in nearly seven months (206 days), the Union Health Ministry informed on Saturday.
With 22,431 people testing positive for coronavirus infection in a day, India’s total tally of COVID-19 cases rose to 3,38,94,312, while the active cases declined to 2,44,198, the lowest in 204 days, according to the Union Health Ministry data updated on Thursday.
Delhi reported 30 fresh COVID-19 cases and zero fatality on Wednesday, while the positivity rate stood at 0.04 per cent, according to the city government’s health bulletin.
India added 26,115 new cases of coronavirus infection taking the total tally to 3,35,04,534, while the active cases declined to 3,09,575, the lowest in 184 days, according to the Union Health Ministry data updated on Tuesday.
Delhi reported 28 new cases of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours and no fatality was reported due to the disease in the period. There are 387 active COVID-19 cases in the city.
India logged 25,404 new cases and 339 deaths due to the Covid-19 in the last 24 hours, the union health ministry said on Tuesday.
