Ahead of the Lok Sabha elections, Union Minister of State for Tourism and Culture Mahesh Sharma, while addressing a gathering here, asked how a Member of Parliament (MP) can fulfill wishes of people when God himself cannot.
Minister of State for Culture Mahesh Sharma and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National General Secretary Ram Madhav on Saturday attended ‘Thank You India’ event in Dharamshala, organised to mark 60 years of The Dalai Lama’s exile.
“When the parliament has passed GST then the opposition should not be against it. I request the opposition to not play politics when it is beneficial for the people,” Sharma said.
