After suffering a defeat in the semi-finals of the ongoing Tokyo Olympics, India men’s hockey team captain Manpreet Singh on Tuesday said Belgium played better than his side in the third and fourth quarters of the game.
Hockey India on Friday congratulated the Indian men’s hockey team midfielder Manpreet Singh and goalkeeper of women’s team Savita for being conferred with the prestigious Arjuna award.
Manpreet Singh will lead the Indian’s Men’s Hockey Team at next month’s 3 Nations Invitational Tournament in Germany and the Hockey World League (HWL) Semi Final in England
