Dr. Alok Srivastava, a 1984 batch IAS officer of Madhya Pradesh cadre, who has held the post of Secretary in the Ministry of Law and Justice, Department of Justice, Government of India, sworn in as a member of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) on Friday.
The Tata Sons Limited on Thursday approached the Supreme Court against the order of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) which reinstated Cyrus Mistry as executive chairman of the company.
