EC may announce a nationwide SIR tomorrow; 1st phase will be conducted in 10 to 15 states
At the press conference, Commission officials will share information about the process and the states covered in the first phase. The Special Intensive Revision aims to improve the electoral rolls and include new voters. This will include verification of names, verification of existing voters, and necessary amendments.
