The Delhi High Court on Wednesday referred a complaint filed against the lawyer representing the convicts facing the gallows in the Nirbhaya rape case to the Bar Council of Delhi (BCD) which will take up the matter on January 17.
A Delhi court on Tuesday issued death warrant against all 4 convicts., execution to be held on 22nd January at 7 am.
The Delhi High Court on Thursday adjourned till January 24 the petition filed by one of the death-row convicts in the Nirbhaya rape case claiming that he was a juvenile at the time of the offence.
